Founder
Deepa Public School, Jobner, was founded under the visionary leadership of Th. Daulat Singh Manohar, the founder of Ray of Freedom Society, established in 2002 with a noble mission to promote education and social development.
After serving with dedication in the Rajasthan Police and retiring from the respected position of SHO (Station House Officer), Th. Daulat Singh Manohar devoted his life to social service and the upliftment of society through education. His vision was to create an institution that not only provides quality academic learning but also instills strong moral values, discipline, and a sense of responsibility among students.
As a committed social worker, he believed that education is the most powerful tool to bring positive change in society. Under his guidance, Deepa Public School has grown into a center of learning where students are nurtured to become responsible citizens and future leaders.

Chariman
Deepa Public School, Jobner, is guided by the visionary leadership of Th. Rajendra Singh Manohar, the Chairman of the institution. He served with distinction as the Chief Regional Bank Manager at Bank of Rajasthan Ltd., Bikaner, and after his retirement, he took on the responsibility of leading the school as Chairman.
With his vast experience in administration, management, and financial planning, he provides strong direction and stability to the institution. His disciplined approach and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to the growth and development of the school.
He strongly believes that quality education is the foundation of a successful society. Under his guidance, Deepa Public School continues to provide a balanced environment that focuses on academic excellence, moral values, and overall personality development of students.

Deepa Public School, Jobner, is strengthened by the dynamic leadership of Er. Ritu Raj Singh Manohar, the Director of the institution. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has gained valuable professional experience through his work abroad.
After a successful international career, he chose to return to India with a noble mission—to contribute towards the betterment of education and to guide students towards higher education and success in competitive examinations. His decision reflects his deep commitment to the nation and his passion for shaping the future of young minds.
As a dedicated social worker, Er. Ritu Raj Singh Manohar believes that quality education, combined with the right guidance, can transform lives. Principal
Deepa Public School, Jobner, is led by the inspiring and dedicated Smt. Pankaj Kanwar Rathore, the Principal of the institution. She is highly qualified, holding a double Master’s degree in English and History, along with a B.Ed., reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to education.
She has been honored with the prestigious President Award in Scouts, which highlights her discipline, leadership, and dedication. Her association with NCC and her participation in the Republic Day Camp (RDC) in Delhi showcase her courage, confidence, and patriotic spirit. Notably, she has also demonstrated exceptional bravery by performing a daring helicopter jump without a life jacket during RDC.
Smt. Pankaj Kanwar Rathore strongly believes in empowering students, especially girls, to become confident, independent, and strong individuals. Along with academic excellence, she emphasizes character building, leadership skills, and physical strength.
